Just seems odd that prices would be bumped up and then sold right away during these times. As you all know, this was the M.O. of the fraudsters, so am always suspicious.
If it’s low, and they are getting multiple bids, why not just take the high bid. There doesn’t seem to be a need to raise the price…bird in the hand, and all.

ParticipantWell…as a person with kids and no dogs, there’s nothing worse than dog owners who refuse to clean up after their dogs…and the kids end up stepping or rolling in dog poop. Also, there are liability issues with dogs potentially biting kids or jumping all over them.
That being said, La Costa Canyon park (located near Cadencia and La Costa) has a fenced-off area near the back with signs all over that say “no dogs”, but it’s “understood” that it’s probably for liability reasons, and there is a very active group of dog owners who go there regularly.
Hope you find a good rental (don’t overpay!!!), and enjoy the neighborhood! π
