There’s more to these laws than just computer professionals. All exempt employees are required to make double the state minimum wage. With the state’s new $15 minimum wage, that means any salaried employee must be paid a minimum of $62K in 2022. (And per the law there is no such thing as a part-time salaried employee.)

this is my set up. Regular car for weekdays and an exotic for weekends. Pretty thrilling when sliding your behinds onto the CF/alcantara seat Saturday mornings.

$100K gets you an used F430 or Gallardo. In the long term, this will likely cost you a little less than an M3/4 (as long as you only drive on weekends).

yes. creativity is important. more so than rote memorization of formulas.
I think most people going into “creative majors” means that they want to have fun in such thing as French renaissance poetry. sure, it’s creative but it has little use in the real world.
being creative doesn’t mean not productive but that’s the euphemism for that word nowadays.

I almost bought into an HOA/Condo 2 years prior. the story of that place was 3 months prior, there was EXTENSIVE work being done to beautify the place. the cost was some $15,000 to each owner. the plus side was the work was very good. Never bought the place though.

a computer can do a lot of things better than a smartest human. At the same time, it can’t do some simple things a toddler can’t.

the day will come when a computer will surpass a human in diagnosing and treating disease. when that day is anyone’s guess
