    From the buyer standpoint short sale is a pain because it takes 6 weeks to 6 months.

    Why is waiting for the bank’s decision on a short sales a chore for the buyer’s agent ?

    I think we should email his bosses @ NBC with his biased public pronouncements. We should ask how do they keep such a biased character as an objective journalist on their station.
