Ohhh Nooo, Porkman again,
The words “illegal alien” have caused him to stand up and shout “racist” again. We will get to hear the kook a few more times finished with “I drive a hummer and a prius and also a hummer”. His type hides his racist views by shouting down others.
Just thought I’d “crawl out and chime in” as he has.

BloatParticipantAs a landlord I’m receptive to giving the “6th month free” with a one year lease “if payments are on time”. If the fair rent is $1975 I would be against taking less because it lowers my base at lease renewal. Vacancy is the killer, a smart landlord should be willing to give up a month to get a good tenant.
Getting a year’s rent up front would be real nice, but I’ve never been offered that.

You’re making sense, Porky will now comeback and call you a racist. He’s a kneejerk reaction type guy.
Actually the guy in the article “became a citizen in 2004”, so I say more power to him, he did it right. But a $30k income won’t qualify for half the loan he got, so I wonder how much that unstated gardening income generates and why only the Ralph’s (W2) income is noted.
(now, back to my rented ivory tower)

Wow, there’s a shot across my bow, you sensitive fellow you. Where’s the veiled racial undertones that speak volumes? You don’t know me. I see it like it is. The subject’s gardening income was suspiciously not quantified. -
