I just bought my wife an unlocked Nokia e71 off Amazon. New Nokia smartphones come with free lifetime navigation powered by Ovi Maps (which allow car or walking navigation, walking directions take advantage of shortcuts through parks, stairways etc). Best part of all, you don’t even need a data plan. I have T-Mobile Pay as You Go plan. It does this by working 100% from satellites and not the cell network. The downside is it is a bit slower to lock on to your location relying only on satellites. If you have a data plan it will utilize the cell towers to locate you more quickly. It seems to work well on slow-moderate speed city streets, but can get confused if you’re traveling fast on a freeway and the signal is weak.

Ash HousewaresParticipant

Soccer needs to implement a diving penalty like hockey. I’ve never seen so many arms to the mid-section afflict the face! If anything is affecting the flow of the game it is all of the pathetic divers attempting to draw a penalty.
I saw a yellow card today (Chile vs Switz) on a dive (flop), so they must have it. I am not an expert, but I have seen so many missed goals, easy goals according to the announcer, at crucial moments.
Diving is already a penalty and will get you a yellowcard if caught. Refs aren’t dumb, they just sometimes are not in the right spot. If they suspect you of diving but can’t see it clearly enough to yellowcard you, they may still make a mental note that you’re not to be trusted and then even legitimate fouls won’t be called. I would like to see coaches get challenges like in the NFL for when an opposing player dives.

Ash HousewaresParticipantLooks like Houston and Seattle having two of the highest proportions of incomers. Pretty consistent with overall economic trends
