    Is it a rental car or you are the owner of the car? Have you had accident before? Why are you selling?

    It has 13k miles. If I can get a brand new car for 14k, don’t you think you should lower your price?
    Since this subject is not RE related, I apology to the piggs here who want to get RE info.
    I trust the smart piggs’ advice and judgement. I would rather have the open discussion if you don’t mind.

    Yes, I will confirm with him tomorrow and will go there to get the car on Friday, unless another dealer offers me less than 14k. He said it is corolla LE with cruise control. I wonder if I can just pay 14k+tax+ doc fees. Usually how much is doc fees? Maybe I can go to DMV to get the plates by myself if that can save me more money.

    I sent my requests via edmounds.com and got a call from the dealer in El Cajon right away. I think he is the manager there. He offered me 14k+tax and doc fees, total $15.500 without making any fuss.
    I told him about $13.850 deal, but he said he has to ask the general manager. Sounds not too bad now. I will pay cash, so maybe I can talk to him to 13900.
