I’m a little late to the party here, but wanted to add my 2 cents as a 2009 homeowner in SEH. We looked at all 3 areas mentioned here. All had its pro’s and con’s, but overall we felt that the home we purchased was the right home for us as a newly married couple with hopes to add a family.
I will say that being childless makes it a bit tougher to meet people in the community and understand exactly how you feel. However I do still get people to wave as they drive by the house when I’m doing yardwork.best of luck with your decision and with eventually having kids.

Is that an attempt at a joke, or are you really that clueless?
I’m basing that on my own observations. I’ve been to the PIs and to many Filipino family gatherings as I have Filipino friends.
My relatives and I go to USCD for health care and I can tell you that even the Filipina nurses are fat. And they supposedly have plenty of health care education. Actually, most of the nurses of all races are fat.
When the nurses are obese, and the doctors are out of shape, you know that the health care system is broken. How can those professionals set an example and provide nutritional advice when they can’t even manage their own bodies.
It may sound harsh, but the truth is the truth.
you see what you get with Government healthcare?

ariffe22ParticipantThe difference here is that with Healthcare, you are receiving a specific service upon request. You don’t have a police officer and Fire fighter at your house 24/7. These two do not protect our stuff for free as we pay property taxes and sales taxes so they can sit around and wait for something bad to happen.
