My requirement of retirement is to be able to live off the interest. So, as long as the currency debasement pair up w/ safe investments yielding at the rate of inflation, then I think I should be OK. To me, even if it’s in a tract, if it has been remodeled to a point where no other house in the tract look like it, then it’s custom to me.
