Allan from Fallbrook
ParticipantAecetia: Didja see them Raiders?!? Holy cow! And now we’re only a game behind the Chargers!
The mind boggles at what might have been and what might be. Jim Fassel sent a letter to Al Davis expressing interest in coaching the Nation. Jamarcus is coming on and McFadden can move the ball on the ground. Two of the best cover corners in football and an anemic AFC West.
There’s always next season, right?

ParticipantCE: I spent three years as a military advisor in Central America during the 1980s, so I’m very familiar with both American influence there (bad) and Communist influence there (worse).
Have you been paying attention to Danny Ortega’s antics in Nicaragua lately? He’s up to his old tricks again. He is trying to steal the election and discredit all of his opponents at the same time. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
I have a buddy of mine working down in Bogota and he tells me much of the same is going on down there, courtesy of Hugo Chavez.

ParticipantCE: I work with engineers all day, every day, so I’m familiar with the mentality.
Words can be fun, too, especailly when dealing with those, like Breeze, that don’t seem to understand that they actually mean things!
I have a Che shirt. I use it as a gun rag for my pistols. Seems apropos.
