ParticipantIf you have evidence, I would think your better course of action would be to go to the local police and have them pursue it. Once they’ve charged him, you can probably bring those charges to the attention of his local bar association and have them pursue action independently.
I would check the Canon of Ethics and see what, if any, violations he would be facing.

Participantscaredy: Have you ever used or been treated at a VA facility? They’re scary. No joke.
To use the VA system as an example of how the gov’t manages healthcare actually lessens the strength of your argument.
I’m still under the government’s care for a long-term medical condition and I will not set foot in a VA facility. I use Scripps, which is excellent, instead.

Participantqwerty: Funny you should mention vintage cars. I had a friend up in SF pay $70k for a 1970 Boss 302 back in 2004. He’s trying to unload it now and having a helluva time doing so.
I remember looking at a 1969 Mach I 428CJ that was selling for nearly $90k a few+ years back and laughing my ass off. That’s the car I drove in high school and I paid $1,900 for mine in 1981. It cost another $4k to restore it back then and I sold it for $11k in 1991 (down payment on my first house).
Prices on asset classes and values are tumbling all over.
