ParticipantArraya: Good point. Keep your corruption, graft and till tapping under control and you won’t get into trouble. Let it get out of control, or threaten the wrong people (BofA, Obama) and you’re gonna get spanked.
Good article in Time Magazine about Blago and his downfall (http://www.time.com/time/politics/article/0,8599,1865876,00.html).

ParticipantArraya: You know it was Emanuel that “outed” Blago. No two ways about it. Obama is smart enough to recognize the potential for disaster in this mess and is simply getting out in front of it.
Nixon was not undone by the break-in at the Watergate Hotel, he was undone by the ensuring coverup. Emanuel, who was Clinton’s attack dog back in the day, will stage manage the flow of information, including which aide will take the bullet for Obama, until the dust settles and the MSM move on to the next story.
The only wild card here is how bad things might get for Blago and what he’d be willing to “trade” in exchange for a lessened sentence.

ParticipantTG: I would hope with the 26 million teenagers who live in the Greater Temecula area that at least one of the high schools up there would field a playoff caliber team!
Fallbrook HS made the playoffs for the first time in a long time. Yup. Coach is a product of Mater Dei HS in OC. Gotta love those Catholics.
