ParticipantIf you have not priced mold remediation into your offer then you should not be doing this. Also, entering into a contract with the intention of breaking it if things don’t go your way, then posting the plan in a public forum might be considered fraud. If not, at least it won’t be looked upon kindly by piggs that are angry with the current flipper bailout plan(s).
