I noticed that also and asked a question a week ago that got no answers. It seems some foreclosures get auctioned off by the FHA without ever being listed on the MLS.

akbarpunjabiParticipantI’m glad I didn’t choose to bank with them recently as they have had the highest rates on several products in recent months. It would be a pain to have to deal with the FDIC in my opinion especially when there is so much else to deal with.

akbarpunjabiParticipantNot sure when the rates changed but they went down quite a bit since I found the website. I guess they held them as high as they could for as long as they could.

That is the problem with savings and MM accounts, they can change at anytime and I doubt they are changing for the better anytime soon.
