ParticipantWould it make any difference if the upgrades were purchased with a second? I am just curious what you all think about that aspect of this issue. I know when I have sold houses in the past, I put in the listing if certain items were not part of the sale, such as antique fireplace mantles and certain lighting pieces. This is an interesting ethical area to be explored.
