ParticipantI concur with DaCounselor, no one and nothing is immune. Once people catch on that the government has been printing funny money and the economy has not bounced back there will be another downturn. How steep, how long and who will be the most impacted will hinge a lot on geo politics and what happens in 2012. We shall see. I do not expect a big real estate resurgence to pull the economy out of the doldrums for another ten years at least. I hope I am wrong, though for the sake of this country.
