ParticipantIf this is such a great bill, why can’t the Dems. pass it? What is the problem? You have a trifecta with the House, Senate and Presidency all the same flavor and still nothing gets done. Tell me again why that is the fault of the Republicans? I must have missed that memo!

ParticipantI live in an association and the monthly dues were supposed to come down after the build out was complete and that never happened. It has consistently been raised. I would not expect the dues to decrease and unless you can get it in writing, I would not believe that sales pitch. I am sure it is a nice place to live and for the most part associations serve a valuable purpose.

ParticipantIts not just that they abandon the house, it is what they do to the house before they leave. I have seen people remove the kitchen sink, the air conditioner, and dig up plants. The banks do not seem to be interested in protecting their investment.
