Participant
SD Realtor, there nothing the government can do at this point.
If people can’t afford a house, giving them forbearance is not going to help. It just delays in inevitable.

I agree with Patientlywaiting’s theory and it is sure no more flat and belly landing scenarios. Though this bailout may not stop – hereafter there is nothing fed can involve and do anything further. The stretch they have done so far is little ugly and no result except accepting all declines. We are done enough and there is nothing left with us. I was thinking 8 years back this newly elected government(not scolding Republican party ) would provide a strong support for our Social Security when Baby Boomers are emerging. Now not a single word nor any plan towards this — everythig gone with the wind due to this financial crisis and we are in a big mess from all corners

Participant
”…few expects this is the OLY BOTTOM for San Diego- this is kind of slogan I don’t want to hear compare to the currernt crisis.”
I’m sorry, I may be the only one, but I have no idea what is meant by this statement.
My bad it was typo :
Few people expect This is the ONLY BOTTOM for San Diego – which means no more price decline further.
