Again, I am not saying that housing will not go down because it will. However I just am backing off calling for a bottom because I believe we will see a socialized lending industry and housing market. I hope I am wrong.
The last offer I made was the home I was in escrow in back in July. Right now the inventory is more then poor with respect to what I am looking for. I do have my eye on a home that is currently in default and will be approaching the homeowner in a few weeks.
[/quote]Hi SE Realtor..
What is your final word towards this? Just give a line or two answer appreciated.
How much you predict of price Decline in SD for the coming 6 months?
Are we still far from Bottom or we are touched almost the Bottom?

Ummm, you do know that they were NOT competing in a free market, that they were encouraged, if not forced, to give extremley high risk loans by the government? Sure, greed took over and things got completely out of control but this whole mess was the brainchild of Carter, supported and intensified by Clinton and ignored by Bush.

ParticipantI would not do anymore intelligent math like “Have several mortgage entities competing against each other utilizing government funds for new mortgages”. We have seen already the result when mortgage compete against each other and threw loans so insanely – so this mess today
