    Can any one predict more close figures for housing in these locations

    Location 2008end 2009 end

    4SRanch 520K(2333sqft) ??

    Carmel Valley 600-700k(2200sqft) ??

    Chulavista UNKOWN to me ??

    Carlsbad UNKNOWN to me ??

    Ok what’s you all prediction for 2009 based on these? what is Oil low and hig figures and is there any relation that tends towards Gold and Silver too?

    If Microsoft start 17% then we should expect more from smaller companies and the Job Loss is going to be a biggest issue than Housing now in US.
