Could it be why I’m getting contacted past 2 weeks by all the loan companies that I’ve contacted in the past? They were all pretty much quiet until the last week.
This market is really boring now – also what are all these short sales that are still pending after 6 month? I wonder if banks are serious about getting rid of these…

* Still no new inventory (not significantly)
* Sales are still pretty strong (pending within a week or two)
* Not much price drops (except 550K+ market)So I don’t know about the NJ situation, but SD is still pretty hot IMO. At least above zips. I’m still looking but there isn’t much to look π
