Just checked some comps and it looks a little low but hardly a screaming fraud deal. It is sitting on the corner of this road and Via Ranch Pkwy which is a tough location. There is one up the street in nicer quieter location thats a little smaller but still plenty big listed at 695 to 795K which isnt selling. There is a nicer newer home around the corner about the same size on 2/3rd acre in a gated community thats a short sale approved at 650K. There’s a 2800 sq ft 1 story on an acre thats an REO which was listed at $536K. There’s another 3000 sq ft 1 story thats much newer and on a bigger lot at $655K. Move along…nothing to see here. Time to call off the fraud police for now.
