Eccen-
That one is pretty amazing. Not sure if that is the saint that is supposed to help you sell your house or not, but it seems like the agent is relying on God leading people to this house, rather than her pictures and descriptions. However, I have to say that it seems like a lot of land for a low price, though I don’t know that area.

yes betting – usually you would bury a statue of St Joseph or St Francis – but a statue of Mary in a tree with some artificial flowers may be the new thing. I thought it was a good price for the amount of land also until I saw the neighborhood which is either in or bordering on the rez (San Pascual). I guess they don’t want to show what the house looks like since they took the pics at night. Oh Well. Only one bad dirt road in – don’t want to be stuck out there.August 7, 2007 at 1:14 PM #71529eccen in escParticipanteccen in esc

Pacific Beach.
Hard to say what is more appealing, the roomy closets, the nicely updated bathroom and kitchen or the lush landscaping.
In all seriousness, it’s probably a teardown, with a 0.37 acre lot, maybe that’s the effect the realtor was trying to achieve. Too bad it’s Mission Bay HS and not LJHS..

August 12, 2007 at 6:35 PM #73989temeculaguyParticipantA new low in the MLS. I can’t decide what is the worst part. Sure the color of the house is horrible and a poster child for why HOA’s are valuable. Yes, the guys in the home depot paint department are probably still laughing because they mixed 20 gallons of exterior stucco paint in horse poo green. But check out the narrative ostensibly written by a realtor who has to feed their children with the fruits of their labor, those must be some skinny kids.
I checked my version of m/s word and I can’t find the button that capitalizes the first letter of every word.

I would be Pi$$ed if my neighbor painted their house that color. That is gastly!August 13, 2007 at 10:29 AM #74432novice1027ParticipantOK, that is precisely why I don’t mind living in a developement with HOA’s!!!

Seller Will Relocate and Home Needs A New Owner
It would be pretty funny if “seller relocation” weren’t part of the package. I guess they mean “seller will NOT convey.”
As far as home needing a new owner…. isn’t that the case with every house on the market?
