On a side note, my wife and I went to look at a short sale house a few days ago here in OC. The agent told us they had tenants. She didn’t say they were complete slobs. Dirty dishes everywhere, dirty clothes all over the bedrooms, a sleeping bag on the couch, and stinky shoes all over. Great job! Just what I always wanted, a pig sty. The property is now pending sale. What are people thinking???

OK, maybe taking a picture of the house in deep shadow isn’t that uncommon, nor is making that one the picture that shows on the listing. But what is the deal with the second picture of the window?
The realtor might as well have put a caption that says: “Tenth of a million dollar views”. Come to think of it, the window is probably the biggest selling point for that property.
