[quote=threadkiller]Come on! Can’t even get a focused pic or tell what kind of dog it is. http://www.sdlookup.com/Pictures-110061428%5B/quote%5D
threadkiller – those pictures are pretty impressive. At first I thought it was just someone who seriously needed a good garage sale to get rid of the crap they’ve acquired and is now cluttering their house and yard… (How many exercise machines were on that deck?)But then I kept scrolling and saw the holes in the walls, ceilings and doors… and that picture of the random black plastic hanging off the balcony… those pictures are disturbing.

Stuffs every where. Even on the toilet seat. Wonder if it was done intentionally to ward off buyers allowing the home owners to stay in the house for free.

FYI just checked back and it closed for $1.7m. Looks like they successfully stole one from the bank IMO. That was pretty close to the last sale in 1999. How many sales do you see in prime coastal areas at 1999 prices?

Interior conditions aside, I have a $64M question. How much will it cost to shore up the hillside properly and get the work stamped by an engineer and signed off by the City??
And my $64K question is, how much (if any) of the original lot was lost in the “landslide?” If any, how much will it cost to get the plat map changed to reflect the *new* lot??
Acc to the limited photos, it did not appear that the landslide affected the foundation of the house but really can’t tell.
My motto is, you pay for exactly what you get in this life. Sometimes you are pleasantly surprised but not very often.

Wow, I don’t know why it took me so long to see this comment, but I have to disagree whole-heartedly. Those are beautiful!
If you want breasts with no sag, they are either gonna be on the smaller side or implants.
I like’em all sizes and shapes, and I like’em sans-bra, thank you very much.

I am extremely partial to the nude woman artwork in one of the bedrooms. Really classes up the joint.

Looking at the patterns of destruction – I suspect there’s not a single bit of copper pipe left in that house.February 7, 2012 at 11:11 AM #737480desmondParticipantThis house is in the “whoville” neighboorhood.

Lol. In the 1990s we were looking to buy a home in Penasquitos. One of the homes we looked at had wall paper in the bathroom that was covered with naked ladies. We had no idea they even made such a thing.
To this day, we sometimes talk about the naked lady wallpaper house.
