Hey that could just as well be a batting cage. I have one of those, (12X12X12 net draped over PVC) but couldn’t get the PVC to hold up so I took it down. I lovingly called it my redneck batting cage.
Got a new one for you. If this is upgraded, I’d hate to see the before photo.
isn’t it a manufactured/mobile home? Lot of money if so.
BANK OWNED!!! BANK OWNED!!!
it’s on the ocean & you walk out your den directly onto the beach.

Check out the shower head “close up.”
I can’t believe the date of the last sale – two weeks ago!! A 20% haircut in two weeks is pretty darn fast.
OK, this has got to be the worst set of pics I have ever seen on a RE listing. They want $579k and don’t even clean up the garbage in their photos?
“Do sports in the backyard or add a pool” and “old-world charm” – in other words, this place has never been upgraded nor has anything been picked up since the owners moved in circa 1953.
BTW, that “front porch” that the realtor lauds in the listing description looks more like a front stoop to me. Doesn’t a porch imply having room enough to set a few chairs on?
This is a definite Kraftsman with a K.
Ran into this one today, check out the kitchen counter tops.

I think the note taped to the cupboard says: “Timmy, clean up this mess before the realtor gets here” haha
I love the note in the kitchen, about the Old World Charm one about three posts before, I like how they tout “seconds from I-5,” is that really a bonus? Maybe they should have said “Don’t just see and hear the freeway, smell it.” Or maybe “Who needs the traffic report, you can hear the crashes on the freeway from your bedroom.”
I think this one is going to take a 50,000 gift card from Lowe’s to get sold at that price!
Not to mention the dirt hill shadowing the place looks ready to let go at any minute.
That one is precious, 1300 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and you can make it a 5 bedroom. Why the hell not, the garage is already a bedroom, I bet people already live in the kitchen and the livingroom (if there still is one), so make it a 5br with the free lowes gift card. Or better yet, buy garden sheds for the back and call them guest houses.
Got a gem in Santee:
