tg, you’re right.
More observations about Harveston: someone posted there were a lot of cars on the street. I agree, and a fair amount of them were junky cars.
If it weren’t for that issue and the alley garages, Harveston would look a lot better.
Wolfcreek was OK, I didn’t like the view of the Casino and at least one (probably more) of their communities has the alley thing going on as well. I still remember Bearvine’s scary warning to stay away from Wolfcreek.

May 22, 2008 at 10:43 AM #209735RenParticipantUnderstood, tg. Keep it a secret to prevent one of the half-dozen Temecula-leaning people on this forum from possibly bidding on your future house π
I’ll just continue doing my own research and find the best place for me. Hopefully I’ll consider every possibility and not be unpleasantly surprised after I buy.

May 22, 2008 at 11:14 AM #209758cv2ParticipantIs Temecula a desirable area for renters?
I would imagine that the majority people in Temecula commute relatively far to work in San Diego/Escondido. So there should not be much demand for rentals. Wrong? How much can you get in rental dollars for each square feet? $0.5/sf?
