FYI, $252 for the HOA fees is only for the townhouses. They have the regular Harveston community dues, plus the townhouse community maintenance dues.
Have you checked out some of the rings of homes a bit further out from the lake? There is a little more variety in terms of lot size, although none of them are particularly large. That is a plus for me, because I don’t care for yard work!
