Rising tide…
It’s a quiet suburb in north county and the houses are fairly large lots. Most don’t have HOA, CCRs, or mello roos. The schools are top notch.
It’s why I bought there. It’s actually where I grew up too.
The only real drawback is that it takes a bit to get onto the freeway.
Poway has increased a lot too. If you read this site regularly you’ll note there is a relative shortage of homes right now, and RPQ is probably right in the sweet spot of “desirability” and demand.
