Don’t get stuck looking for that 2004-2006 Mc Mansion (these are the one every fool from SD comes up to look at)
You can get homes that last sold for 400K in the boom years now being sold to average Joes for 100K
These are commercial Lots up to 1/2 Acre sometime.Will these homes need work !!! YES absolutly you will need to bust your butt working on these homes, but 5 or 10 years from now …
