CoronitaParticipantForgot to add… There’s the hot air balloon rides too (saw them driving home yesterday).
Though, a trip up and down will set you back about $175 per person in the Del Mar area, and $155 per person in Temecula.I have not gone yet because personally, at that price I’d rather do another tandem sky dive jump, if it wasn’t for that fact i have a wife and kid to think about now.

ParticipantNostra,
Nope, not my initials. Did you do Battlebots? Treasure Island ?
Our battlebots weren’t the most elegant but they were well built and survived a lot of punishment π
I had to learn how to program those remote controls for the different ports but after I got that down then we had some great fights. Not many people realized that to make it to the TV rounds you first had to make it through the preliminaries. Well, I dont want to take this subject too far OT as I seem to have a habit of doing so with other threads. π

ParticipantThe most memorable moment I have from the various San Diego attractions is the Photo Caravan Safari offered by the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It was a bit pricey ($90/person), but TOTALLY worth it.
They took us out on a flatbed truck into the area where the animals are. We got to HAND FEED huge Rhinos and Giraffes…it was so freakin cool. Highly recommended!
