We have bills because of either a good or service that we selected, purchased or otherwise signed up for.
If one does not pay, it is theft.
I think I became fully conscious of my obligation for paying for stuff that I wanted to buy at about 8 years old.
This is quite simple for me …
You have every right to live whatever frugal, self-sustaining, (hermit in the forest) lifestyle you want.
