    Agree on all points except one. I’m surprised at how many buyers there were for a $1.2M house.

    $855,000 was the magic number for my LCV house (3700 sq feet) Looks like that is the sweet spot now. Mine sold April 15, 2009

    Would agree on a relatively good deal. Great location. FYI, I think some of the sq ft was added by building a loft over a very high ceiling above living room. Also while not bad it is not my favorite floorplan.
