Yep…that is exactly what they are thinking. My BinLaw bought two months ago in Wildomar..KB home. I told him it was too soon but his only come back was that he was trying to lock in the interest rate which had just dipped a bit. When I tried to explain that highers rates and low principal is better for investing (because I know damn well that he doesn’t expect to be there more than a few years), I just got a blank stare.
