I keep seeing 2-story and 3-story townhomes popping up on the market in Torrey Highlands. The prices are usually in the high $300K to low $400K range, and they were built in the mid-2000’s. Also, they all have pretty low HOA, but high Mello-Roos.
I’ve seen a couple of them, and I think the 2-story ones have a nice floorplan, but they are usually smaller than the 3-story ones (which can reach over 2,000 sqft).
Finally, there are actually several complexes, and some of them are FHA-approved, some are not.
Anyone have any info/opinion on these townhomes/complexes? Or the area in general?
Torreyhighlands is a very nice place and close to CV. The school district is Poway unified. For the townhomes you are looking, Elementary school will be willow grove, middle school is black mtn school, high school is westview.
There is one shopping center which has some good food places (rubios, pickup stix, luna grill etc) and albertsons.
