I’d say gold is unloved. It’s not even an “asset class” for most people investing. just my dumb personal view, don’t take advice from me though, do your own due diligence.

O yeah old boats are also cheap, good luck making money off one though. I think you have to look to the future and find what people are going to be willing to pay for, maybe one of those fido DNA companies that supposedly will tell you what kind of mutt you have (though how they can do it for $69 is beyond me). I really wish I could invest my 401k into gold as inflation will destroy any safe money I now have.
