I believe that on this side of Sorrento Valley Blvd you are in the Mira Mesa school district, the other side, Del Mar.

Nope, all of the houses off Sorrento Valley Blvd. goes to MM schools. This info is based on SDUSD website, using their school finder.August 8, 2008 at 11:36 AM #254777anParticipant[quote=doofrat]I believe that on this side of Sorrento Valley Blvd you are in the Mira Mesa school district, the other side, Del Mar. I know it was 95 and all, but wow that is a nice place in my opinion. I moved here from East Coast in 2003 and it didn’t surprise me those places were worth so much. Granted I have only been tracking house prices since around 2004. I was too young and dumb to care about housing back in college in 95, But what an opportunity to buy a place like that in one of the best city’s in America for mid 200s. Is 10 or 13 years so long that 226k was a lot of money for a house back then? Hard to believe. Was it the last housing bust I hear about that made it priced so low?
