inflection point
There’s a point a lot of these articles miss, and that is there is an inflection point where it does or does not make sense for move uppers like myself to buy or not to buy (move up , or just forget it and retire a little earlier). That point for me in about 20% lower than we are now.
Just another dynamic to think about.
Drew… interesting discovery.
Why would anyone be surprised with the Union Tribune’s sugar coating?
My guess is that Real-estate, Mortgage, and Home Improvement Ad Spending accounts for well over half of the UT’s Ad Revenue. Do developers etc. want to run full page ads next to bearish real-estate articles? Of course not.
After all, the UT is a business.
