I have some questions regarding the wet weather storage in 4S ranch shown in this picture

What are the points to note when considering homes close to this reservoir? Will home close to this reservoir have negative impact to resale value?

Amazing! I’d prolly pay a little extra to live next to it since I would never have to worry about neighbors across the street doing some unpredictably weird thing. It basically makes the streets bordering it single-loaded, which to me is a good thing.
