Westview parkway – road noise, parking and schools?

We are thinking of purchasing a home in the Tampico community in Westview Pkwy and would like your opinion.

The home backs Westview Pkwy (up a small hill) and is pretty much close to where it intersects Black Mountain Rd.

Is the road noise bearable? It is also on a slope, and we were wondering if that enhances the noise situation? It was very bursty when we checked out the place.

Does the situation get worse at peak traffic hours? how are the nights.

Also heard the parking situation there is a concern. How bad is it?

Does anybody else have anything to share on this community? Can kids go to Scripps Ranch elementary schools form here?

Quite sure the elementary school for this area is Hage Elementary, though it is indeed a common area for high school. I beleive you can choose between Mira Mesa High and Scripps Ranch High.
