There seems to be a lot of foreclosure homes in Mira Mesa West view communities( sunset glen etc). And they are not selling, even slower than rest of Mira Mesa?
Why is so? Are banks unwilling to sell them and are waiting to put them thru auction?
I read on calculated risk someone which one poster said it perfect. The banks can’t dump them because while they hold them they are not taking any losses on paper. They hold them high as they can for as long as they can. I heard this one quote once, “the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay rational”. Not me baby. I can wait till they are barfing them up.
