West Mira Mesa comparison–Gaston Dr. and Rock Canyon Ct.

Honestly if the Gaston home backs to Mira Mesa then there really is no contest. Even for a non trivial price difference. How would you like to hear traffic from Mira Mesa Blvd every single time you open your sliding glass door? I could not tell from the listing. Even if it does not back to Mira Mesa I still would go with the other home.

I like the floor plan of the Gaston house too but it seems like living next to a busy street is not desirable for most people. I have never lived next to a busy street so I have no idea.

I think price for a similar home might reach the low 300s toward the end of this year or next year.
