ParticipantI rent next to a busy street right now, it’s torture.. you wouldn’t want any part of that..
now the question is, how long will it take for those houses to get to low 300’s? eh?

ParticipantI like the floor plan of the Gaston house too but it seems like living next to a busy street is not desirable for most people. I have never lived next to a busy street so I have no idea.
I think price for a similar home might reach the low 300s toward the end of this year or next year.
