The houses are very close in design and such. youd have to make a personal choice on that one. Id bet 6 go 1 way, a half dozen go the other. For me it would be an issue of quality of the upkeep/upgrades.
But when location is factored in, it isnt even a question. Id go for Rock Canyon every time. I wouldnt want to be on MM blvd, or anywhere near it. I like being in my backyard, and all that noise from the cars going by would drive me up a wall.
Infact, I have made a pledge that should I ever buy a house in MM, it will not be within 2 blocks in any direction of MM blvd. Same goes for Camino Ruiz and Black Mountain.February 2, 2009 at 5:10 PM #340447DWCAPParticipantThe houses are very close in design and such. youd have to make a personal choice on that one. How would you like to hear traffic from Mira Mesa Blvd every single time you open your sliding glass door? I could not tell from the listing. Even if it does not back to Mira Mesa I still would go with the other home.
