Murf it is what it is. Regardless of whether you are a buyer or a seller you keep an even keel and don’t get to ed off on the lows or to giddy on the highs. Of course in retrospect he never meant to take a low end offer even if it is in the price range but that is okay. Also remember this is a FSBO so there would be no commissions.
Either way it is all okay. Yes it is an old Scripps property on Pinot Noir Circle. You can do a drive by and see the FSBO sign on it. 7900 sf lot and about 2450 sf home 4/3 but I like it because it is at the end of a cul de sac and we know all the neighbors already since we live here.
No worries at all.
