Participantok, my friend, im with the program. but i just put a bid on an auction site for a damned house and the real estate agent says my offer is the high goddamn offer. i like the place, my wife sort of likes it but likes another more. my payment would be 1500/mo, 200 less than my rent, and it is 3200 sq ft on 3.5 weird acres. we have 24 hrs to respond and we’re disturbed by the time limit. we wanted to take another look. and your post just freake dme out

Pull the trigger NOW!….but I’m not a financial adviser. However, I did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night.

Participantfigure 72,000 down, i’d borrow 25k from aretirement acct, 8k credit, i’d really just be out of pocket 39,000, which isn’t all that much if the government can assure me the value of my house wont really go down very much. has some granite. 7 bedrooms i think. anyway, a lot of bedrooms, although probably technically some of them aren’t bedrooms. we’ve never come this close and my wife is freaked because she’s not in super love wiht it. isn’t this about more than extrme love? its justa house
