Oftwominds.com has a dispute of the UCLA Anderson report that we will lose 800K construction jobs nationwide as a result of the housing bust.

He calculates 5.6 million jobs lost and a recession.

During the bust of the ’90s, the number of licensed appraisers in California declined from about 16,000 to just under 11,000.
