I just watched the show on KSWB that Rich blogged about earlier this week.
I’m amazed at how the real estate bulls have stopped talking about appreciation, growth and making money in favor of talking about children and sunshine. I imagine this has been in the industry talking points since the short term prospects are not good. I also imagine these people are concerned about price declines since lawsuits are sure to follow.
Also since Jolly seemed to be in denial about prices I think it’s always good to talk about specific examples of price declines such as those documented here:
