    What is the latest intelligence re the delay between key throw/NOD and foreclosure? So for example the latest data was centered on Feb 14th but related to triggering events on average in ???

    Reminder. The Case Shiller, announced today, showing -14.8% since peak nationally for 20 cities relates to deals done at end November.
