But if you know what L.A. Prices are for what you get in housing… I would say it will probably draw people to SD (you still need to pay 350-400K for a 1000 sqf match box built in early 60’s in a neighborhood that looks a lot like the green zone with a high school dropout rate exceeding 30% in a lot of L.A.).
Oh and the 30% dropout rate has been touted as a big improvement over last years close to 50% dropout rate.

I’ve been following a couple LA neighborhoods and I can’t believe what people want for them. Houses that sold for barely over $200k back in 2000 are still listed over $600k these days. And the house in the video… Los Feliz ain’t that nice.
The Burbank / Glendale / Pasadena area will come back down to earth at some point.
