Time to rebuy S&P500?

If, psychologically, you can only buy after prices after increased, then I suggest you consider a dollar-cost averaging program offered by most mutual fund companies. Buy a fixed dollar amount every month, and don’t change the amount often – maybe adjust a little once a year.

I sold most everything three or four weeks ago, not at the very top but close enough,

I am starting to think it is looking a little more stable but I may be wrong, I have been looking to buy some GE stock, and then maybe some qqqq if I can get it about 10% lower than it currently is and even then I will not go all in.

I am waiting until November to see how things feel

Phillip Morris has a decent dividend at 5%..Relatively stable, boring stock. Altria’s slightly more, except not sure with all the anti-smoking stuff in Congress, it might get interesting. (Not investment recommendation)

Phillip Morris has a decent dividend at 5%..Relatively stable, boring stock. Altria’s slightly more, except not sure with all the anti-smoking stuff in Congress, it might get interesting. (Not investment recommendation)
