I would bet that the offspring of people who rent when they could buy, if they wished to do so, are blessed with equal or better results in academic achievement when compared to homeowners and exceed the results of the children of “upside down” and eventually foreclosed upon homeowners The children of this latter group of unstable nesters should have DNA testing with the hopes of finding themselves illegitimate.
Next we will focus on the life satisfaction quotient of the children from all named groups.
Here is a funny thing about nesting. I live on twenty acres surrounded by wild land. What I have discovered is that some birds are failures at “nesting” compared to others. One group keeps trying to build a nest in the flimsy gazebo and it keeps falling to the ground. It seem some snakes are dumber than others too.

This 40 acres doesn’t have a house on it but you get the idea. I think it is a great investment when all is properly understood. There are some significant mistakes made in the comments. I don’t want to correct them online. This property is close to mine and it is nice out here. I would make anyone interested in developing it a great deal since it is close to my home and family. E-mail me at [email protected] if you want to talk about it discreetly, which seems preferable.
Check out 91935 on sdlookup for property with houses.

If you are going to say that owning a house leads to an improved childhood, you might as well say that owning a BMW or owning a 60″ flat screen improves your childhood. Its not the owning of stuff, its the *ability* to own stuff, including health care, medicine, educational tools, etc that improves a childhood. Saying that owning a house is itself an indicator of a successful childhood is missing the forrest for the trees.
I’ll try one more time. Some of you just don’t get it.
Owning a house will always be a better situation for children than renting one because, with a few exceptions, renting, in and of itself, is not a stable situation. If the owner of the property tells you to move, you’ve got to go, regardless if it’s convenient at the time, regardless if it’s in the best interest of you and your children.
One of the circumstances where I would say renting can be stable is if you are renting from, say, your parents for instance. However, unless the house is paid off and they leave it to you in their will, even that situation is not stable.
That is why when women start having children, the majority of them insist their husbands purchase a home. When there are children to think of, they no longer want to rent unless they absolutely have to.
